Then there was Belinda, Sam, Linda, Jade, Ben, Nic and Nina the charismatic waiters who had an uncanny ability to remember every customer's name and their preferred order. they had a natural gift for making people feel welcome and cherished, ensuring that everyone who walked through the café's doors felt like a part of the family.
